The property was centrally located, the beds were cozy. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. A fantastic beach, epic view. It was great to have a bar in the reception: )

Strategic location, the restaurant was bright and the service was exceptional. The room was airy with perfect views. The bed was neat, enjoyed the pool. We had the best time here.

Very nice good location, large beds, amiable staff. The room was generous sized and generous sized and the bathroom was spotless. A short walk to the clean beach. Excellent plunge pool was available too. I had a very enjoyable stay at this TREMENDOUS hotel.

We think that for Alston it was very good value for money. Rooms and location where fantastic, but most important - everything was very clean. The hotel is in the lake district.
